HOW DOES KLEEN CASE WORK? Simply place your cell phone, airpods, watch, eyewear, keys or other item into your Kleen Case and close the lid - the high-speed wireless device charging will begin automatically. During a 15-minute UV clean cycle a powerful UV-C light is activated at a wavelength of 260-280nm. UV-C lights have been clinically proven to kill up to 99.99% of household germs. When the external red indicator turns off, your cell phone is good to go!
UV-C light effectively destroys nucleic acids and breaks apart bacteria DNA. With their DNA broken, bacteria can’t function or reproduce, and the organisms die.

IS KLEEN CASE SAFE FOR MY PHONE? Yes, Kleen Case products are completely safe for your phone! Kleen Case doesn't use water or chemicals - it uses UV-C light. UV light kills germs but doesn't harm you or your device. This light is completely safe for anything you place inside - except germs, of course.
DOES UV LIGHT KILL CORONAVIRUS? UV-C light kills pathogens by breaking down the DNA so the germs can't function. When they can't function, they can't make you sick or reproduce.
UV-C light has been tested and clinically proven to kill 99.99% of Influenza type A, an enveloped virus similar to the coronavirus. It has also been tested to kill strong bacteria such as Staph aureus.
It is important to practice standard infection prevention techniques with proven technology to drastically decrease rates of transmission with the highest rates of efficiency.
SHIPPING TIMES Orders are processed within 24h and typically shipped within 2-5 business days. Tracking numbers are provided for each order. Because we ship worldwide and shipping times vary from region to region, please allow anywhere from 5-65 business days for delivery depending on country and can take longer in some rare instances.
Due to global slowdowns from the pandemic and for reasons outside of our control, you may experience longer than normal shipping times. We are working very closely with our shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery for all orders, however shipping times are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped out, it cannot be cancelled without going through a return. Our products are always worth the wait :)
WHAT’S MY ORDER STATUS? All order status updates will be provided via the email address used during checkout. Once shipped, you will receive full tracking information. Please keep in mind that if multiple products were ordered, they may arrive in separate packages.
WHAT IS THE KLEEN CASE RETURN POLICY? It is our number one priority to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. That’s why we will gladly accept returns on any regularly priced items that are unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund, no questions asked within 30 days of purchase. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND? Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. You can read more about our return policy here. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER? Depending on if your order has already been processed for shipment, we may not be able to cancel it without going through the return process. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.
